How can I make sure I get the size I want?

  • You can make a reservation on-line, or give us a call to secure the size you're looking for; generally speaking, the larger the unit, the harder it might be to secure.

  • If you're seeking a unit larger than what we have available, we'll be happy to offer you a deal on two smaller units to make up the difference. At our competitive prices, it's a deal that can't be beat!

 

How do I rent a space?

  • Make sure you have a good contact phone number, mailing address, and picture ID when you come in to rent your unit.

  • If you are renting an indoor unit, we request a refundable $20 deposit in addition to at least one month's rent; if you feel like paying extra months in advance, that's great too!

  • If you are renting an outdoor space, we request proof of ownership, and that all vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. be able to move (i.e. if it's a vehicle it must be able to run or be stored on a trailer).

Is your facility secure?

  • At Enterprise Stor-All, we take the security of your property seriously. We have digital video surveillance, a live-on-site manager, and gate access for customers only. We like to get to know our customer base and what vehicles they drive, so that we can ensure that the only people on-site are the people who are supposed to be. We also take care to protect our customers' privacy and information, and operate with a high standard of professionalism with customers and community-members alike.

  • We are making ongoing improvements to the grounds, perimeter fence, and surveillance system, in order to ensure our customers' security in an increasingly insecure world!

When can I access my unit?

  • We have gate access 7 days a week, from 7am to 7pm.

  • Our office is open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. If you get locked out due to late payments, want to rent a unit, pay over the phone, or need any other assistance, give us a shout during office hours!

  • You can manage your online account 24/7.

Can I store anything I want in my unit?

  • For the safety and protection of all tenants and property on site, we request that you do not store food that attracts rodents and insects, combustible materials that may prove especially volatile during the summer months, or any toxic chemicals.

How can I pay my bill? Can I pay for more than one month at a time?

  • We offer a variety of options for bill pay! You can send us a check or money order, call in with a credit or debit card, set up an account and pay on-line, drop cash in the drop box, or stop in at the office and pay in person. You can also set-up recurring billing so you just don't have to worry about it. We're always happy to help if you hit a snag anywhere in the payment process!

  • And yes, you can pay for as many months in advance as you would like! This can often be a plus, as you won't have to worry about another monthly payment for a while, and it's definitely doable with our reasonable prices! 


What if I can't pay my bill this month, will you auction my stuff?

  • As with any storage company, we do auction off units for delinquent accounts, but only as a last resort! We understand that life happens, and it's not always easy to keep up with expenses. If you ever find you're in a jam, give us a call and we'll see if we can work with you. Your stuff is important to you and we want you to have it!



What sizes do you have available and how much do they cost?

  • We also offer outdoor spaces, starting at 10x30 and $40/mo.
